The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company or organisation, and your message. Nothing else is requested, and nothing is required beyond what you can see in the form.

The form includes a hidden field that is never shown to you. It exists only to filter out automated spam submissions.

We use what you send to read, understand and respond to your enquiry. That is the purpose — nothing more.

We do not use contact details submitted through this form for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis for doing so. There is no newsletter, no mailing list and no marketing automation connected to this website.

The form is processed on the server. Submissions are validated and delivered so that a person at PAHUMA can read and reply to them. They are not written to a database that is readable from your browser, and they are not exposed publicly.

Like any website, this one cannot be delivered without some technical processing. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and request logs in order to serve the site, keep it available and protect it against abuse.

This is operational and security processing, not behavioural profiling. There is no analytics platform, advertising technology or tracking service configured on this website.

Enquiry information is normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for an established business relationship or legal/accounting obligations.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights over information that relates to you — for example the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it.
